Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Also if your 15 minutes late I will collect a fee of 20.00. More than 20 minutes late I will cancel the appointment!!!!!!!!! Your deposit must be paid or appointment will be cancelled.If appointments are not confirmed I will cancel the appointment. Please be mindful of my time. Thank you DEPOSITS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE!!!!!!Hair styles prices are non refundable
